He earned his Bachelor of Science with highest honors from California State University, Channel Islands in 2017 and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2021.

In that role, he secured multiple dismissals of tax claims asserted by the Franchise Tax Board, further demonstrating his commitment to effective and results driven client advocacy.

When not practicing, Chandler enjoys coaching youth hockey, collecting trading cards, rooting for his New England Patriots, and spending time with his family.
